The concept for "Student City 2" aims to show the potentials of energetically efficient reconstruction, modern student accommodation and the advantages of private and public cooperation. As buildings are primarily susceptible to dilapidation and humidity, the focus of the energy concept is on the replacement of the basic infrastructure, based on an adequate ventilation and heating system including shaded windows. In response to the students needs, the design concept provides for a convenient layout of the student rooms with attached bathrooms and an additional use modification of the lounges. This creates more living space and allows much needed privacy. The added outdoor space on the rooftops allows for a variety of collaborative uses in the area of environmental, economic and social sustainability according to the needs and aspirations of users, helping "Student City 2" to become Albania's pilot project in the field of energy-efficient construction.

This project had significantly contributed towards a more efficient functioning of the Penitentiary system in Albania thus ensuring:
- Improved respect for human rights and the rights of detainees;
- Improved living conditions for pre-trial detainees and detainees;
- Reduction of overcrowding in penitentiary centers.

The project has foreseen also the introduction of a more efficient, rational and sustainable utilization of energy by applying, in addition to traditional sources of energy such as petrol and gas, alternative renewable sources of energy like solar panels, in accordance with the EU Directive 2010/31 of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings.

As part of the construction of the 110 kV Circuit Line South Albania, two new substations, Orikum 110/35/20 kV and Himare 110/35/20 kV, have been put into operation.

The substations are part of the 110 kV transmission line project for southern Albania (110 kV Circuit Line South Albania) funded by the German Development Bank KfW. The end user or buyer of the substation is the OSHEE - the distribution system operator of Albania, which is in the phase of intensive investments and works on the renewal of energy facilities.

The Health for All Project (HAP) in Albania is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) of the Swiss Government and is being implemented by a consortium of three organizations: the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (SwissTPH), and the two NGOs: Terre des hommes (Tdh) and Save the Children (SC) through HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population, benefit from better health due to improved primary health care services and health promotion activities.

Encompassing one-fifth of the city of Tirana, this master plan forms a new backbone with which to shape Albania’s capital. The Congregation “Mother of Good Counsel” has awarded an order for the finalisation of the existing hospital building in Tirana. A Business Plan was created with the goal to ascertain the economic viability and necessity of the hospital of basic care and orthopedic profile. Based on the results of the business plan the original project was updated. The hospital has 110 beds and four operating theaters. As the building is situated near the Medical University operated by the same congregation, the students can share the facility.

Reconstruction and extension of the regional hospital with 374 beds in three phases. The 3rd Phase had entailed the reorganization of the Hospital’s available space in a more functional scheme as well as the extension of certain Hospital areas to be able to offer more and better medical services. At the same time, management has been enhanced, a registration system has been set up, all the electrical and mechanical installations had been upgraded, the deficient water and waste management systems had been improved and a solar, environmentally friendly, source of energy had been installed.

The objective of the project implementation is: the guarantee for meeting the demand for electricity supply; efficiency in its supply and use; financial efficiency in the private sector, increase of power generation from power plants to meet the domestic demand of the base load. TEC is a combined cycle power plant in a six-hectare site, about six miles north of Vlora. The plant is designed to allow its use with natural gas.

- Technical Specifications for the one main ferry terminal in Albanian which has the biggest human and material transportation systems.
Due to the importance of the terminal was design a modern firefighting system using the water from the sea, where the pumping station was design to fulfill the norms and the requirements to support the using of the sea water. In the entire terminal are install hydrants, portable extinguishers, detectors and emergency lighting, the main detection panel it’s install in the control room and from there in case of fire make possible the closing of the dampers install in the duct channel in way to not spread the fire all over the terminal building.
