- Engineering Consultancy and Supervision services for the Mechanical installation system of the new modern center in east part of Tirana (execution period 2009 - 2011).
- Due Diligence Report
Technical/ visual inspection of each element/ component part of the structure and fabric of the building, inspection of building services and a review of the statutory project documentation, with emphasis on issues which will need to be included in Capital Expenditure list (execution period 2016).
