Reconstruction and extension of the regional hospital with 374 beds in three phases. The 3rd Phase had entailed the reorganization of the Hospital’s available space in a more functional scheme as well as the extension of certain Hospital areas to be able to offer more and better medical services. At the same time, management has been enhanced, a registration system has been set up, all the electrical and mechanical installations had been upgraded, the deficient water and waste management systems had been improved and a solar, environmentally friendly, source of energy had been installed.
