The objective of the project implementation is: the guarantee for meeting the demand for electricity supply; efficiency in its supply and use; financial efficiency in the private sector, increase of power generation from power plants to meet the domestic demand of the base load. TEC is a combined cycle power plant in a six-hectare site, about six miles north of Vlora. The plant is designed to allow its use with natural gas.
